From our years of experience staffing sales centers and model units, we've noticed a common problem. How do we show all of the units when only one - or sometimes none - of them has been built. Sure, the model unit will represent the finishes, features, and appliances that the buyer will enjoy, but we always want to give them a better idea of where they're going to live.
Boston Logic has created Listing Navigator. The perfect listing presentation tool for the sales center. We use this system to show buyers the units in your inventory that best suit their needs. Listing Navigator is presented on a large, wall-mounted, flat screen TV. We navigate to the units that fit the buyer's criteria while telling them all about the features in the unit. When the buyer likes a particular unit, we print the listing sheet directly from the system. This conserves resources while giving the buyer a floor plan to take home with them.
