Launched in 2008, Avenue 3 Real Estate, LLC, is an independently owned, web based real estate brokerage based in Cambridge, MA.
Avenue 3 Real Estate was founded by five women who saw a need for change in the real estate industry. After many years of working for other real estate companies, they combined their energies to create a company that would adapt to a new economic reality. They wanted to answer the consumer's call for flexibility and choice.
The first objective was to create a cost effective business model. The Internet has removed the dependency on a "bricks & mortar" model. Avenue 3 leverages technology to deliver valuable information, relevant tools and access to experienced local professionals, without the expense of retail locations.
The second objective was to empower the valuable local agent with a web based business platform that would support a mobile workforce and provide value to the consumer. Avenue 3's intranet has become the office for our agents, hosting all the tools and resources that agents need to service today's consumer.
Our goal is to meet the needs of the consumer by taking advantage of the power of the Internet. We believe the consumer will welcome the efficiency and flexibility of our services in today's market.
