My first success in closing deals…that is satisfying my client by finding just the right solution…came in executive search.I have worked for large multi-national firms, Heidrick & Struggles and Korn-Ferry, as well as small boutiques, in both New York and Boston.
In 1995 I moved to Winchester and became active in real estate. For 16 years I have managed a personal investment real estate portfolio of condominium and multi-families, with properties in Arlington, Medford and Winchester.Since 2007 I have served on the Board of Trustees of an eighty-unit condominium association.Through these experiences I have managed capital improvement projects; overseen maintenance and repairs; dealt with landlord/tenant issues and unit owner/association issue.I have been responsible for budgets and insuring that strong financial fundamentals are in place at all properties.Recently I expanded my real estate experience to include real estate sales.
My success in executive search was contingent on understanding the needs of my clients and working tirelessly on their behalf.I believe the skill set honed during my years as an executive search consultant, coupled with my hands-on real estate experience, will prove effective in helping my clients realize their real estate goals.
I’m currently a resident of West Medford and an active member of St. Mary’s Church in Winchester, where I have been part of the Special Needs CCD program since 2006.For almost ten years, I have been a Jenks Center volunteer.
