With a real estate career spanning over twenty years, I've seen the evolution of our industry from several perspectives. As I moved from a sales agent and relocation coordinator in a small local office to the manager of a national franchise office with 85+ agents, I've witnessed the joys and rewards as well as the frustrations and challenges of our business. Our industry has been impacted by remarkable developments.
I welcome the recent technological advances that have improved our ability to service the consumer, but real estate is a relationship based business and my success has been determined by constant networking and focusing on the consumer's (or agent's) needs. Whether I was counseling a buyer or seller or coaching a sales agent, my job was to listen, to respond and to advise with competence and care. I look forward to continuing that practice at Avenue 3.
